Fusion brings together the best of Barre, strength training, Pilates, and Yoga to amplify your core strength and tone your arms, glutes, and thighs. Fusion takes all of the amazing mind-body work and familiar cuing from your Pilates classes and applies it to strengthening movements for total body conditioning.

Sculpt the entire body while utilizing the Pilates core ball, hand weights, and gliding discs, set to music.
