Students who take this class should have a high level of body awareness, be mindful of their limits, and assume full responsibility for their safety.
Beginning/Intermediate, Reformer, Tower, foam roller, small Pilates ball, slow to moderate, slow to moderate to challenge, precise, focused, varied routines
Ten or more Level 1 classes
Free of moderate to severe discomfort
- Able to engage core muscles
- Able to find neutral spine
- Able to change Reformer settings
- Able to adapt to the needs of the body
