While we relax on Isla Mujeres—a 20-minute boat ride from Cancún—the dedicated villa staff prioritizes security and will attend to your every need.

01 / Which airport should I fly to and how do I get to the villa?
Book your flight to Cancún. To take advantage of our group transportation (shuttle + private boat), please plan to arrive in Cancún between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on February 23, 2026. Most flights from the U.S. and Canada land within this window, but if you’re having trouble finding one, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] — we’re happy to help!
For your departure on March 1, 2026, we ask that you book a flight that leaves after 2:00 PM, so you’ll have plenty of time to travel back to the airport with the group.
02 / How do I secure my spot on the retreat?
Fill out this form and make your room selections! Once you receive a booking confirmation, you’ll submit a $500 deposit.
03 / What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so while we cannot offer refunds for this retreat, we provide the flexibility to transfer your reservation and payment to another person.
If you’ve already booked and can no longer attend, just inform us of the change and we’ll facilitate the transfer of your spot to the designated person. This way, your investment won’t go to waste and someone else can enjoy our retreat in your place.
04 / Can I bring a friend who has never done Pilates?
Absolutely! We can accommodate all levels in our classes.
05 / Will I need a passport?
Yes! You’ll need a valid passport to enter and return from Mexico.
06 / What activities are available on Isla Mujeres?
There are a ton of fabulous opportunities to explore on Isla Mujeres! You can celebrate the Mayan Goddess Ixchel at Punta Sur, snorkel in clear waters, zipline across scenic views, paddleboard along the coastline, take part in cooking class, learn salsa dancing, go fishing and diving, or attend a traditional Temasal ceremony. The available activities are extensive and varied, ensuring something for everyone to enjoy.
07 / What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing clothes that are appropriate for all activities you plan to participate in, swimsuits, a flashlight or headlamp, sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses and a sunhat, cash (in dollars for tips, a credit card to pay for excursions or spa treatments, binoculars, a small belt bag or crossbody bag, and all needed device chargers.

09 / What is the food like at Coco B?
Coco B Isla serves delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients tailored to your dietary preferences and needs. They’re committed to sustainability, composting, and growing their own produce, making every meal truly special.
10 / Is it safe to drink the water?
Please bring a water ball which can be refilled at any of the purified water stations available throughout the property.
Coco B is committed to eliminating plastic waste, so the resort provides purified water in glass jars on each nightstand daily for villa and hotel guests.
11 / Is Isla Mujeres safe?
Absolutely! It’s a peaceful island that started as a fishing village and now warmly welcomes tourists. There’s good security with local police and a naval base, and the island setting naturally keeps the area quieter and safer than busier tourist areas.
At Coco B, they employ night security and have staff around all day to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
12 / Will I be able to connect with other group members or my roommate if Vitality helps pair me with one?
Absolutely! Community is a big part of the retreat experience. To help foster connection and make sure you feel comfortable and excited leading up to the trip, we’ll create a private WhatsApp group chat about six months before the retreat. Everyone will be added so you can get to know one another, coordinate travel, share excitement, and start building those friendships that make this retreat truly unforgettable.
Travel + Transportation Details
To help you arrive at the villa stress-free, we’ve coordinated a shared shuttle and private boat for all retreat guests. To take advantage of this service, please book your flight to Cancún (CUN) to arrive between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on February 23, 2026.
Most flights from the U.S. and Canada land during this time, so finding one should be easy. But if you’re having trouble finding a flight that works, just shoot us an email at [email protected] — we’re happy to help!
For your departure on March 1, 2026, please schedule your return flight no earlier than 2:00 PM. This ensures you’ll have plenty of time to travel back to the airport with the group on our shared boat and shuttle service.
